properly described and what is being
described is being sent. Customers
fear that they either will not
receive the items purchased, or
receive an item that is
substantially different from the
description on the Web site. |

Agree that email
addresses will not be sold to third
parties. eChamber members
have a fiduciary responsibility when
it comes to protecting conumer
information. |

Ensure that personal
or financial information, such s
credit card information, will be
encrypted for the consumers safety.

Agree not to create
misleading advertising.
